On this occasion, at PwC Tax & Legal Services, we are looking for a professional with 4 to 7 years of experience in legal advice in the field of public law, to join as an Associate / Senior Associate in the Regulatory team in our Madrid office. The functions that this profile would perform would be the following:

Functions:

  • Preparation of legal reports on public law matters.
  • Comprehensive advice to clients in administrative procedures, including the preparation of briefs, appeals, and allegations before the Administration.
  • Defense of clients in contentious-administrative procedures.
  • Advice on the preparation, review, and monitoring of public sector contracts, as well as on the management of tenders and related claims.
  • Assessment and, where appropriate, preparation of special appeals in public procurement matters.
  • Advice on the management and justification of public subsidies, including the preparation of documentation and attention to Administration requirements.
  • Claims for patrimonial liability.
  • Advice on due diligence processes.
  • Direct interaction with clients, project follow-up, and coordination of work teams.

Requirements:

  • Law Degree and Master's in Law Access.
  • Demonstrable experience in general public law, especially in administrative procedures, contentious-administrative, public procurement, and subsidies. Experience in environmental law will be highly valued.
  • Teamwork ability and soft skills.
  • Ability to manage complex projects.
  • High level of English.
  • Good communication skills and analytical ability.
  • Business orientation.
