Job Description

The Verlagsgruppe Oetinger, a leading children's and youth book publisher, is seeking a full-time Junior Marketing Manager with a focus on performance, initially for two years. The role involves planning and executing cross-channel performance campaigns, monitoring and optimizing them, content creation, analysis and reporting, market observation, and coordinating with agencies and internal teams.

Must Have:

Planning and implementing cross-channel performance campaigns (Meta, TikTok, Google, Pinterest, possibly Amazon)
Monitoring and optimizing campaigns along the marketing funnel, analyzing and deriving measures
Content and creation: idea generation, briefing content (texts, visuals, videos)
Analysis and reporting: targeting, creating KPI reports and dashboards, evaluating conversion data
Market and competitor observation
Coordination and collaboration: managing agencies, working with internal project teams
Initial experience in performance marketing
Knowledge of Business Manager of major platforms, Google Analytics, possibly Amazon Vendor Centre
Structured and reliable time and project management

To strengthen our crew, we are looking for a Junior Marketing Manager (m/f/d) with a focus on performance, initially limited to two years, as soon as possible:

Your tasks

Planning & implementation of cross-channel performance campaigns (Meta, TikTok, Google, Pinterest, possibly Amazon)
Monitoring & optimization: Ongoing monitoring of campaigns along the marketing funnel, analysis and derivation of measures
Content & creation: Idea generation, briefing of content (texts, visuals, videos)
Analysis & reporting: Targeting, creation of KPI reports and dashboards, evaluation of conversion data
Market & competitor observation
Coordination & collaboration: Management of agencies, collaboration with internal project teams

What you bring

Initial experience in performance marketing
Knowledge of Business Manager of major platforms, Google Analytics, possibly Amazon Vendor Centre
Structured and reliable time and project management
Curiosity, understanding of numbers and data, enjoyment of results-oriented work
