At DECA and ATA, we believe great games should last for decades, with player experience at the heart of everything we do. From the beginning, our mission has been to build vibrant, long-lasting online communities—and we know that starts with creating the right environment for ambitious, creative people to thrive.
We’ve built teams where talented individuals can do their best work, supported by a culture of trust, collaboration, and passion for games that bring joy to millions of players worldwide.
Today, DECA and ATA are fully remote companies with more than 365 people across 30+ countries. Together, we are proud members of the Embracer Group, Europe’s largest publicly traded gaming company.
We’ve managed to maintain a small company feel with the stability and resources of a much larger one. We fully believe in the flexibility of a remote workplace. Team members are trusted to manage their time and get things done independently. We think that egos and politics need to be checked at the virtual door. That means no jerks are allowed, that no job is too small for anyone, and an openness to help and learn from each other is required. We love the challenge of working within constraints and love when we succeed as a team. Check out more about us and our values on our website (www.decagames.com and https://athinkingape.com/).
This is a remote position. You can work from anywhere in the world but working hours are in the PST timezone (9 a.m. - 6 p.m. PST).
We are looking for a Jr. Release Engineer to support our portfolio of mobile games for ATA specifically and be responsible for planning, coordinating, validating, and executing client builds and asset patches to support smooth, timely, and high-quality releases.
