Job Description
We’re looking for a Junior Treasury Manager responsible for daily financial operations, including bank transactions, reconciliations, and cash flow control. This role involves close collaboration with the Treasury Manager and Finance team to streamline and automate treasury processes, manage bank accounts, and prepare ad hoc reports. The ideal candidate enjoys transforming numbers into clear systems and improving operational efficiency.
Must Have:
- 0.5+ years of experience in a similar role
- Bachelor’s degree in economics, finance, banking, or accounting
- Pre-intermediate or Intermediate level of English
- Understanding of accounting transactions
- Knowledge of the 1C accounting program
- Accounting for cash-in/cash-out transactions in 1C according to bank statements
- Reconciliation of bank accounts
- Daily management of bank accounts and operations in online banking systems

Requirements
- 0.5+ years of experience in a similar role;
- Bachelor’s degree in economics, finance, banking, or accounting;
- Pre-intermediate or Intermediate level of English;
- Understanding of accounting transactions;
- Knowledge of the 1C accounting program;
- Attention to detail, critical and structured thinking, result-oriented, team player.
Responsibilities
- Accounting for cash-in/cash-out transactions in 1C according to bank statements;
- Reconciliation of bank accounts;
- Close cooperation with the Treasury Manager and Finance team to organize and launch processes;
- Ad hoc reports and tasks from the manager;
- Participation in the automation and optimization of treasury processes;
- Daily management of bank accounts and operations in online banking systems.
