Junior UGC Creators Manager

We are currently looking for someone with an understanding of social media trends and skills in finding talented creators to create content.

Your future tasks:

• Searching for and selecting creators for content implementation, according to marketing tasks and social networks;
• Identifying talented creators, actors who can generate aesthetic content. Searching for interesting personalities with inclusivity and diversity;
• Supporting the process of discussing all cooperation agreements from the first contact to concluding agreements with creators and receiving final content;
• Creating working documentation and scripts: technical tasks, references, assistance with images and locations, creating and improving scripts to increase conversions;
• Maintaining positive relationships with creators and ensuring mutual satisfaction from cooperation.

What you will need for this:

• Talent search skills on various platforms;
• Ability to use new methods and tools for creator search;
• Deep understanding of various social media platforms, their algorithms, and trends;
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills;
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment, simultaneously on multiple platforms;
• Upper-intermediate English proficiency or higher.
