Technical Business Analyst (Web)

YOUR IMPACT:

• Collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Gather and refine requirements from various stakeholders (Product Owner, design, marketing, analytics, support) by conducting interviews and clarifying needs.
• Translate business requests into clear, detailed technical tasks for the development team.
• Lead and facilitate grooming sessions to ensure requirements are well-defined.
• Create and maintain up-to-date documentation: User Stories, Scope documents, Software Requirements Specifications (SRS), diagrams.
• Use BPMN 2.0, UML, and other modeling techniques to visualize and refine solutions.
• Actively manage the backlog and work hands-on with databases, Postman, and Swagger to validate and clarify technical details.
• Communicate clearly and promptly, build consensus among stakeholders, and ensure timely delivery.

ABOUT YOU:

• 3 years of experience as a Business/System Analyst.
• Experience with Scrum methodologies.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Proven track record of creating project documentation and deliverables: diagrams, use cases, functional & non-functional specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria.
• Skilled in BA techniques and tools (BPMN 2.0, UML, etc.).
• Ability to quickly learn new systems and balance business needs with technical feasibility.
• Upper-Intermediate English.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to listen actively and convey information accurately.

WILL BE A PLUS:

• Experience with large-scale B2C products.
• Practical experience with databases, Postman, Swagger.
• Strong expertise in the Discovery phase of projects.
• Experience in system analysis and close collaboration with development and QA teams to find optimal technical solutions.
