As a Junior UI/UX Web Designer, you'll contribute to designing and improving our marketing websites and digital assets. You'll work alongside experienced designers, developers, and digital strategists while supporting cross-functional needs from Product Marketing, Growth Marketing, and other teams. You'll have opportunities to grow your skills through mentorship, hands-on projects, and exposure to various design challenges.
Must have:
  • Design engaging digital experiences for marketing websites
  • Support creation of user-centered designs that drive conversion
  • Collaborate with other designers and cross-functional teams
  • Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for responsive web pages and digital campaigns
  • Assist in maintaining and evolving our design system and component library
  • Support user research initiatives and translate insights into design improvements
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs
  • Contribute to A/B testing by creating design variations for optimization experiments
  • Help maintain brand consistency across all digital touchpoints
  • Participate in design critiques and incorporate feedback to refine work

  • Experience with prototyping tools
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG)

As part of the Web and Digital Experience team supporting the Marketing department, we create compelling digital experiences across all corporate, product, and campaign websites. With millions of visitors each month, we focus on creating intuitive, accessible, and visually stunning designs that support our business goals. We use modern design tools and methodologies, maintain design systems, and partner closely with developers and stakeholders to deliver exceptional user experiences.

About the role:

As a Junior UI/UX Web Designer, you'll contribute to designing and improving our marketing websites and digital assets. You'll work alongside experienced designers, developers, and digital strategists while supporting cross-functional needs from Product Marketing, Growth Marketing, and other teams. You'll have opportunities to grow your skills through mentorship, hands-on projects, and exposure to various design challenges.

  • Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for responsive web pages and digital campaigns
  • Assist in maintaining and evolving our design system and component library

We are looking for you if you have:

  • 0-2 years of experience in UI/UX or digital design (including internships or personal projects)
  • Proficiency in at least one design tool (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar)
  • Understanding of responsive design principles and web design best practices
  • Basic knowledge of typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy
  • Familiarity with user-centered design principles
  • Portfolio demonstrating design thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow design guidelines
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate design decisions
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in a collaborative environment
  • English proficiency at B2 level or higher
