SmartBear is seeking motivated Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to join their high-energy, collaborative sales team in Somerville, MA. As an SDR, you will work directly with Account Executives and Sales Managers to strategize outreach and gain exposure to the entire sales cycle. Your responsibilities will include qualifying inbound leads via phone, email, and chat, conducting high-volume outreach (60-100 activities daily), converting leads to pipeline for the sales team, and collaborating on targeted outbound campaigns. You will receive consistent training and enablement on product knowledge and sales skills. SmartBear offers a great opportunity to advance your sales career, with successful SDRs potentially promoted to Account Executive within 12 months.

 Sales Development Representative 

  • Be a part of a high energy, collaborative environment. Throughout your SDR tenure, you’ll work directly with Account Executives and Sales Managers to strategize on targeted outreach and to gain exposure to the entire sales cycle. 
  • Extensive tech stack at your fingertips – Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, Gong, Linkedin Sales Navigator, 6sense, Drift, AppAnnie, and more! 
  • Follow up on inbound leads and run targeted ABX campaigns to generate pipeline for the sales team – for both net new and existing customers.

Each SDR is paired with an Account Executive mentor from the Sales team and receives consistent coaching and training from leadership and their peers throughout the program. About the role 

As a Sales Development Representative you will:  

  • Work & qualify inbound leads via phone, email & chat
  • Conduct high volume outreach (60-100 activities per day)
