Ninja Xpress is a leading last-mile delivery service company in Indonesia, committed to supporting the development of local SMEs since 2015. They offer flexible services with real-time package tracking and dedicated customer service, along with various reward programs for loyal SMEs. This role involves prospecting and growing clients in the social commerce market through continuous cold calling, arranging sales meetings, and identifying decision-makers. The manager will manage key client accounts, close sales, maintain client relationships, research new opportunities, manage day-to-day relationships, and contribute to market assessment. The role also includes managing a team of 5-10 members and preparing reports.
Must have:
  • Minimum 5 years experience in Sales/Business Development/Acquisition
  • Experience in logistic/last mile industry preferred
  • Experience as a team leader or managing supervisors
  • Critical and fast thinking in SME environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-starter, goal-oriented, high energy, positive attitude
  • Able to handle rejection and pressure
  • Skilled in Communication, Business Negotiation, Customer Acquisition Management, Customer Management, Logistic Solution Sales, Ms. Office, and Service Orientation
Good to have:

Responsibilities
  • Prospecting & Growing clients in the social commerce market
  • Continuous cold calling of prospective clients (UMKM/Social Commerce Sellers)
  • Arrange sales meetings with prospective clients
  • Track prospects - identify decision-makers, specific qualifications, the best solution that company can offer - to specific client’s need
  • Identifies service improvements or new services by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors
  • Managing key clients accounts
  • Closing sales and maintaining relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance
  • Researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements
  • Managing and monitoring of day-to-day relationships and communications
  • Closely work with management and other departments to assist in market assessment efforts and provide on-the-ground insights
  • Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
  • Manage team consist of 5-10 members

Requirements
  • Located in Jabo area
  • Minimum 5 years experience in Sales Executive/Business Development/Acquisition Executive, preferably  experience logistic/last mile industry
  • Experienced as a team leader and ever to manager up to supervisor level
  • Critical and fast thinking related to understanding a prospect's interest level in a Small Medium Enterprise environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-starter, goal-oriented, high energy, positive attitude 
  • Able to handle rejection and pressure
  • Skilled in Communication, Business Negotiation, Customer Acquisition Management, Customer Management, Logistic Solution Sales, Ms. Office, and Service Orientation
