Endava is seeking an L2 Support Engineer to join their team. This role involves providing technical support, utilizing ticketing systems, and performing basic Windows administration, including Active Directory tasks. Must have:
  • Experience using ticketing systems
  • Basic Windows administration
  • Familiarity with Active Directory
  • Experience with troubleshooting and problem-solving
  • Familiarity with basic IT support workflows
Good to have:
  • Windows Server and Windows Client experience
  • Networking (Domain, DHCP, users and roles)
  • Scripting (bash, powershell, python)
  • Support of Oracle and/or MySQL databases (basic)
  • Linux (Ubuntu) (basic)
  • Virtualization (VMWare, VirtualBox) (basic)

AM Engineer - Support L1 / L2

Job Description

We are seeking a technically skilled professional with experience using ticketing systems and basic Windows administration. Familiarity with Active Directory is required. A plus if you have supported internal users with tasks like password resets and account unlocks.

Desired Skills: (nice to have)

  • Windows Server and Windows Client
  • Networking (Domain, DHCP, users and roles)
  • scripting (bash, powershell, python)
  • Support of Oracle and/or  MySQL databases - basic
  • Linux (Ubuntu) - basic
  • Virtualization (VMWare, VirtualBox) - basic

Qualifications

  • Good command of English (spoken and written)
  • Experience with troubleshooting and problem-solving
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems and basic IT support workflows
  • Basic Windows administration knowledge
