This internship involves supporting ByteDance's Lark Customer Success team in Malaysia. Responsibilities include creating onboarding and training materials, answering customer inquiries, leading training sessions for SMEs, and managing customer operations. The intern will gain hands-on experience in the B2B SaaS space, contributing directly to customer success. The role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and a customer-first mindset. The internship is for at least 3-6 months, starting in 2025. About the role: We’re excited to bring on a dynamic and motivated intern to support our expanding Customer Success team. As we continue to grow, we need someone who can step in and make an impact. In this role, you’ll create valuable onboarding and training materials, act as a trusted point of contact for customer inquiries, and deliver training sessions to SMEs. This is an amazing chance to dive into the B2B SaaS space, gain hands-on experience, and help shape the success of our clients. This role will be based in Malaysia, and will report into the Head of Customer Success, Lark APAC. We are looking for talented individuals to join us for an internship in 2025. Successful candidates must be able to commit to an internship for at least 3~6 months. Collaborate with the team to develop high-quality documentation and training materials for onboarding new customers. 2. Be the go-to person for answering basic customer questions and providing clear, helpful support. 3. Lead standard training sessions for small and medium-sized enterprises, helping them maximize the value of our solutions. 4. Manage batch operations for customers in stable phases of their journey, ensuring a smooth and consistent experience.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications: - Currently pursuing an undergraduate or postgraduate degree, preferably with a focus on Business, Marketing, or a related field. - Fluent in English - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to clearly explain concepts and solutions. - Proactive, resourceful, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. - Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills to manage documentation and client interactions effectively. - A team player with a customer-first mindset, eager to learn and contribute to customer success initiatives. Preferred Qualifications: - Familiarity with SaaS platforms and customer-facing roles is a plus. - proficiency in Mandarin is highly preferred and a valuable asset for engaging with a diverse customer base.
