Job Description

As a LatAm Tech Talent Acquisition Specialist at Sporty, you'll build and manage candidate pipelines independently, from sourcing to hiring, and manage inbound applications. You'll work with the Tech Talent Lead, Head of Talent, and the Talent Team on a range of tech and product roles. Responsibilities include maintaining clean ATS data, aligning with business requirements, prioritizing tasks effectively, and managing your time efficiently. You'll actively source candidates, manage applications, and collaborate with internal stakeholders. The role requires excellent communication, experience recruiting engineers in modern tech stacks, and fluency in English. Market-specific (LatAm) knowledge and experience with Lever ATS are beneficial.

In this role you'll work alongside our Tech Talent Lead, Head of Talent and Talent Team on a blend of Tech & Product roles as well as associated dept tasking or a specialist area as your responsibilities develop.

Responsibilities

Build and manage your own candidate pipelines independently, from sourcing through to hire, whilst also managing inbound applications from our adverts
Keep our ATS data clean and pipelines at a maintained level, avoiding stale candidates
Manage a set of niche tech & product roles across a global scale alongside the wider team
Alignment on business requirements and ability to shift priority if required
Self discipline to manage your time and roles effectively
 
Requirements

Must be based in Latin America
Minimum of 2 years experience in recruitment, this can be RPO or internal
Demonstrable experience recruiting engineers in modern tech stacks
Ability to actively source and manage inbound applications for a range of roles
Comfortable working in a remote working environment
Clear communication style with candidates and internal stakeholders
Fluency in English

Experience using Lever as an ATS system

You’ll be working with our Tech Talent, Lead & Head of Talent to get you up and running with internal processes and tool kits, as well as for day to day teamwork and check-ins. You will have direct access to your managers for feedback and guidance as well as the wider team for day to day support.

30 min Aptitude Test 
Remote video screening with our Talent Acquisition Team 
Remote 90 min video interview loop with 3 x Team Members (30 mins each)
24-72 hour feedback loops throughout process
