We are seeking a proactive and highly detail-oriented L&D Operations Intern to serve as the operational backbone for our Learning & Development function in Brazil. This role offers an unparalleled opportunity to build a strong foundation in L&D by contributing to the day-to-day execution that ensure all our employee development programs run smoothly and effectively.
As an HR Intern in the L&D team, you will:
- Prepare or update supporting materials for instructors (e.g., print handouts, organize presentations);
- Respond to employee queries regarding training access or platform usage;
- Adjust global slides or documents for the local context and language, ensuring the tone and examples are relevant for Brazil;
- Support the Onboarding process;
- Extract reports on mandatory course completion and send reminders to participants with pending status;
- Research vendors who can meet a new local demand;
- Create and send invitations and internal communications about the launch of new programs and sessions;
- Organize the department's documentation, ensuring L&D templates and guides are accessible in the shared folder;
- Participate in quick meetings (check-ins) with the manager to align priorities and receive feedback on tasks;
- Schedule virtual rooms (Zoom/Teams) or physical spaces for upcoming workshops/training sessions.
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's program in Psychology, Human Resources, Administration, or a related field;
- Advanced English: Sufficient for initial global communication tasks;
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and maintain organized documentation;
- Attention to data and detail, essential for accurate platform and reporting management;
