Job Description

As a Lead Artist, you will be responsible for leading the visual direction of a new hybrid-casual project, managing a team, refining art processes, and bringing innovative ideas to life. You'll work on projects, develop visual components, build and manage the art department team, participate in process integration to improve efficiency, and interact closely with the product team. This role requires someone who can create artwork and understands the game designer's and player's perspective.
Must Have:
  • 3+ years as a Lead Artist in game companies
  • Experience developing hybrid/hypercasual projects
  • Ability and willingness to work with your hands
  • Understanding of 2D and 3D graphic production
  • Active use of neural networks in the pipeline
  • Experience working with Unity and other game engines
  • Up-to-date portfolio

We're looking for a Lead Artist to join our R&D team and take the lead on the visual direction of a new hybrid-casual project. You'll manage a skilled team, refine art processes, and bring fresh, innovative ideas to life.

What you'll be doing:

  • Working on projects in the hybrid-casual genre
  • Developing and supporting the visual component of the project
  • Building and managing the art department team (2-4 people)
  • Participating in the integration of processes aimed at improving the efficiency of the project's art department
  • Interacting closely with the project's product team

What we need from you:

  • At least 3 years of work as a Lead Artist in game companies
  • Experience developing hybrid/hypercasual projects
  • Ability and willingness to work with your hands
  • Understanding of all aspects of 2D and 3D graphic production and the subsequent development phases
  • Active use of neural networks in the pipeline
  • Experience working with Unity and other game engines
  • Ability to look at artwork from both a game designer's and a player's perspective
  • Up-to-date portfolio
