Job Description

The Content Production Manager at Hogarth works closely with the Content Studio to execute and create localized screens for websites and marketing materials, ensuring cultural viability. This role supports the creative team with content buckets and photography versions, coordinating with cross-functional teams, Creative Director, and Business Affairs to select content for new projects like apps, music, movies, and TV shows. Responsibilities include leading projects, managing day-to-day content operations, training team members, building image shortlists, requesting file building, fulfilling image requests, and managing asset databases.
Must have:
  • Lead projects and direct team to ensure a delivery is met, owning day-to-day content management operations and tasks in support of product launches, other marketing initiatives, and regular page maintenance.
  • Actively balance the work of multiple projects, assignments, and launches in a fast-paced, ever-evolving work environment.
  • Work with the CM team to contribute to documentation and training. Train new team members in team.
  • Build consolidated short lists of campaign imagery.
  • Request file building from Geo Content Studio for new screens to be built and photo retouching for all lifestyle photos to be featured.
  • Route loose Cross Functional imagery for approval.
  • Fulfil image requests from various functional teams.
  • Communicate with Worldwide CPMs for WW requests, project information and transferring of assets.
  • Work with Business Affairs on 3rd party assets relevant to the market.
  • Work with WW Digital Asset Managers to transfer launch assets to long term Digital Asset system.
  • Manage Geo asset database.
  • Manage and train additional new members for special projects.
  • Learn and understand the nuances of different languages and be able to identify what content requires localization and convert it to a brief for the graphic production team.
  • Plan, manage, and track the content localization of assets throughout the production process to achieve on -time delivery.
  • Manage the staging and organization of final assets on servers.
  • Review deliverables and communicate edits and final asset delivery, specifically to the graphic production team.
  • Maintain and organize an archive of previous jobs.
  • Must have 12+ years of experience in graphic production/photo producing and/or project management at design firm, ad agency or interactive shop managing complex briefs and assets.
  • Strong inter-personal and relationship building & management skills.
  • Ability to manage a department and its team members comprising of junior project managers, Screen Artists (Designers) and stakeholder management (regional and global counterparts).
  • Flexible, creative, solution-oriented individual with experience in using Adobe Creative Suite’s Photoshop.
  • Knowledge of image and production specific needs for image reproduction; including web site builds, POS, Motion Graphics and email marketing.
  • Accuracy, excellent memory and an eye for details.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, demanding creative and production environment.

About the Role

Content Production Manager works closely with Content Studio to execute and create all required localized screens featured within our website or other marketing materials, including reviewing content for cultural viability in the Geo/market. The role also supports the creative team with “buckets of content” and versions of photography. The Content Production Manager coordinates with Cross Functional teams, Creative Director & Business Affairs to choose content for any new project including apps, music, movies, and TV shows and podcasts. The position works closely with screen building team in Geo to execute all required screen versions necessary for projects.
