This Lead Engineer- IT role requires a professional with 4-5 years of experience, focusing on Life Insurance Policy Administration, particularly with ALIP. Good To Have:

4 to 5 years’ experience in Life(Annuity Preferrable)insurance business practices or Life Insurance Policy Administration.
Preferably experienced ALIP or other Life (Annuity Preferrable) Policy Administration / Actuarial applications.
ALIP Annuity Product configuration or business configuration and/or Life Actuarial experience.
ALIP DB understanding.

Must Have:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
4 to 5 years’ experience in Java, JavaScript, Spring Integration development, Spring batch.
Good Understanding of SQL database and ability to write SQL queries.
Issue Management and Quality Assurance.
Test Management.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in an Agile environment and function with various business and IT stakeholders.
Good Communication skills.
