Job Summary

This Lead Engineer- IT role requires a professional with 4-5 years of experience, focusing on Life Insurance Policy Administration, particularly with ALIP. Must Have

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
  • 4 to 5 years’ experience in Java, JavaScript, Spring Integration development, Spring batch.
  • Good Understanding of SQL database and ability to write SQL queries.
  • Issue Management and Quality Assurance.
  • Test Management.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in an Agile environment and function with various business and IT stakeholders.
  • Good Communication skills.

Good to Have

  • 4 to 5 years’ experience in Life(Annuity Preferrable)insurance business practices or Life Insurance Policy Administration.
  • Preferably experienced ALIP or other Life (Annuity Preferrable) Policy Administration / Actuarial applications.
  • ALIP Annuity Product configuration or business configuration and/or Life Actuarial experience.
  • ALIP DB understanding.
