Lead Firmware Engineer
Job Description
- Participate in architecture design and trade-off discussions
- Design a FW system to closely work with the underline ASIC to provide the best performances and lowest power
- Verify various HW blocks on the defined usage scenarios
- Debug issues with the system, ASIC, SW and FW team members
- Ability to work with members from HW and SW engineering teams, architecture and marketing, customer support, as well as external customers
- Demonstrated experience with system level debugging
- Demonstrated experience working in Linux environment
- Knowledgeable of current industry network equipment testing practices
- Demonstrated ability to analyze factors affecting system or network performance
- BE/ME 8 years or equivalent experience in Firmware testing domain
