仕事内容
このポジションでは、ゲームデザインドキュメント（GDD）の作成および管理を担当します。また、海外のチームと協力して、ゲームデザインの全体的な方向性を決定する役割も果たします。チームと連携してプロジェクトの計画とスケジュールの策定を行い、ゲームのコンセプトから完成までのデザインプロセスをリードします。さらに、ゲームプレイ、ユーザーエクスペリエンス、レベルデザインなどの要素の設計および最適化を行い、ゲームのフィードバックとテスト結果に基づいた改善提案の実施も担当します。最新の技術とトレンドを活用し、革新的なゲームデザインを提案することも重要な業務の一つです。
必須条件
英語で記述、コミュニケーションが可能な方ゲームデザイナー・プランナーとしての実務経験ゲーム仕様作成、ゲームバランス調整の経験
歓迎条件
リードゲームデザイナー・プランナーの経験
スマートフォン用アプリの開発、運営の経験ゲームエンジン(Unity等)による開発経験客観的に
ゲームを分析し分かりやすく言語化できること
