Founded in Quebec City and continuing its growth with a team in Montreal, Beenox has over 25 years of expertise in game development. As an Activision studio we are leaders in interactive entertainment and involved in the creation of renowned titles.
We are proud to be a major contributor to the popular Call of Duty franchise, crafting content for the Warzone seasons and owning the development of the PC version of Call of Duty. Throughout our history, we have also contributed to the success of Crash Bandicoot, Tony Hawk's Pro Skater, Skylanders, Spider-Man and Guitar Hero.
As a team leader, you will be involved on several levels, acting as a facilitator at the operational, human and technical levels. While maintaining a good degree of expertise in your field, you will also take care of your employees and support their work during their time with Beenox. Your leadership skills will help your team excel and create the AAA material expected of Activision's franchises. You will also be expected to build and maintain relationships with our various business partners and to serve as a company ambassador.
As a Lead Gameplay Programmer, your main mission will be supervising the development of new game mechanics and adapting the game’s existing mechanics for different platforms. You will also support the Production Team in creating new content. You will have to make sure your team, working alongside different departments and partners, produces quality content as well as ensuring the stability and the performance of our games.
We love hearing from anyone who is enthusiastic about changing the games industry. Not sure you meet all qualifications? Let us decide! Research shows that women and members of other under-represented groups tend to not apply to jobs when they think they may not meet every qualification, when, in fact, they often do! At Activision Blizzard, we are committed to creating a diverse and inclusive environment and strongly encourage you to apply.
