Job Description

As a Lead Operation Specialist for Microsoft 365 in the Cloud Operations team, you will manage Microsoft 365 services across the enterprise, including tenant-level implementation, administration of cloud and hybrid environments, ensuring compliance, and user enablement. You will also serve as 3rd line support for M365 workloads, coordinating with various teams to maintain security and operational efficiency.

Must Have:
  • Oversee lifecycle management of M365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, and Microsoft Entra ID.
  • Ensure compliance using Microsoft Purview and enforce organizational policies.
  • Prepare and maintain security protocols and backup solutions for Office 365.
  • Administer Microsoft Entra ID including conditional access, MFA, and identity governance.
  • Collaborate with the security team to harden our Cloud environment(s).
  • Monitor service health and performance across M365 workloads.
  • Provide L2-L3 support to the Service Desk and manage escalations.
  • Lead initiatives to improve operational efficiency and risk assessment accuracy.
  • Administer collaboration tools such as SharePoint Online and Teams.
  • Maintain documentation for configurations, policies, and procedures.
  • Participate in architecture reviews and contribute to infrastructure-as-code practices.
  • Proven experience in administering Microsoft 365 environments at scale.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams.
  • Proficiency in PowerShell scripting.
  • Familiarity with Purview.
  • Experience with hybrid environments and cloud migration strategies.

WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT TO US

As Lead Operation Specialist for Microsoft 365 in Cloud Operations team, you will be part of the team responsible for the operational management of Microsoft 365 services across the enterprise. This includes tenant-level implementation, administration of cloud and hybrid environments, ensuring compliance, and user enablement as security together with our Global Security team. You will serve as part of the 3rd line for all M365 workloads, coordinating with infrastructure, identity, security, and application teams.

WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

  • Oversee lifecycle management of M365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, and Microsoft Entra ID.
  • Ensure compliance using Microsoft Purview and enforce organizational policies.
