Job Description
The IT Solution Architect is responsible for driving program-level IT architecture initiatives, facilitating communication and validation of transformational capabilities, guiding project-level IT architecture, providing hands-on support for solution design and implementation within the specified framework, and fostering seamless integration and scalability.
Brings rich experience in areas of Services and Education Architecture, including Services Delivery (MS D365), LMS (Totara), LCMS(Xyleme), CMS(Drupal), Development Technologies (MS Power platform), and IT Solution Design.
The role develops architecture solutions adhering to standards, ensuring high-quality deliverables and facilitating cross-application collaboration. The role executes solution selection based on business requirements, supports platform roadmap management, and manages architecture risk effectively. The role designs solution architectures in alignment with standards and IT Platform DevSecOps principles, ensuring consistency and compliance throughout implementations.
Job Responsibilities:
- Ensures the implementation of resilient systems within the organizational framework and facilitates the creation of robust IT infra capable of meeting the evolving needs of the enterprise landscape.
- Executes Business Capability Analysis, ensures alignment with its overarching direction and objectives across business, market, and financial domains.
- Manages program architecture roadmap activities, communicate with stakeholders regarding developments and milestones, and maintains Solution Architecture (SA) assets to ensure its alignment with evolving technology landscapes.
- Evaluates the risks associated with architecture, understands potential threats, vulnerabilities, and opportunities within the architectural landscape, and implements proactive measures to mitigate risks and safeguard the integrity and efficiency of systems.
- Enhances communication within architecture community, fostering seamless interaction among stakeholders and facilitating the alignment of organizational goals, strategies, and technological implementations.
- Promotes the dissemination of crucial information, ensures mutual understanding among teams, enables collaborative decision-making processes, optimizes resource utilization and enhances the overall effectiveness of enterprise operations.
- Promotes enterprise-wide architecture integration spanning both product and enterprise IT domains, ensures cohesive alignment, streamlined processes, and optimal utilization of resources throughout the firm’s technological landscape.
- Develops architecture solutions in accordance with standards and Enterprise Architecture Guidance, ensures quality deliverables across the Platform, designs solutions, defines transition architecture for legacy systems, and collaborates with other architects for cross-platform design.
- Executes solution selection according to defined Framing and Value Prototyping (F&VP) process and business requirements, supports platform roadmap management by conducting Operational alignment analysis and updating program roadmaps, and manages architecture risk within the Program.
- Designs solution architectures in accordance with standards, rules, and Enterprise Architecture Guidance, supports solution selection based on defined processes and business requirements, and ensures alignment of IT Platform DevSecOps with design principles, standards, methods, and guidelines.

Minimum Required Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent with Enterprise Architecture Frameworks, Cloud Architecture, Data Architecture, Agile and DevOps Practices or equivalent.
Experience:
- A total of 12 years experience and with a minimum of five years of experience in the Services and Education Architecture, including Services Delivery (MS D365), LMS (Totara), LCMS(Xyleme), CMS(Drupal), Development Technologies(MS Power platform) IT Solution Design.

Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
