You will be part of the team responsible for technical support for Philips solutions, primarily focusing on the Tasy System, serving both national and international clients. This role involves ensuring customer satisfaction by diagnosing and resolving system-related issues, providing excellent technical support, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to maintain a solid knowledge base through detailed documentation.
Good To Have:
  • Spanish and English language proficiency.
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow.
Must Have:
  • Attend and resolve tickets via ServiceNow for TASY Inpatient and Scheduling modules.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by identifying and resolving TASY system issues.
  • Provide excellent technical support to clients and internal teams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for quick problem resolution.
  • Develop and maintain detailed documentation of solutions and processes.
  • Hold a complete Higher Education degree.
  • Available for hybrid work in Blumenau, SC (3x in-person/2x home office).
  • Full experience in the assistance area (Medical and Nursing).
  • Experience with support and Hospital experience.
  • Mandatory experience with the TASY system.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and initiative skills.
  • Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Capable of solving complex technical problems.
  • Knowledge of PLSQL, JAVA, and Webservices.

Full Support Analyst

You will be responsible for:

  • Attending and resolving tickets via ServiceNow for the TASY Inpatient and Scheduling module.
  • Ensuring customer service and satisfaction.
  • Identifying and resolving issues related to the use of the TASY system through diagnosis and troubleshooting.
  • Providing excellent technical support to our clients and internal team, ensuring agile and quality service.
  • Working together with cross-functional teams to ensure quick problem resolution, always focusing on customer satisfaction.
  • Developing and maintaining detailed documentation of solutions and processes, ensuring a solid knowledge base for future use by the entire team.

To succeed in this position, you need:

  • Complete Higher Education.
  • Availability for hybrid work (3x in-person/2x home office) in Blumenau SC.
  • Full experience in the assistance area (Medical and Nursing).
