Your role:
- The Strategic Deals Architect is responsible for reviewing and customizing solutions, developing and executing policies, driving continuous improvement, shaping proposals, leading sales enablement, executing training, and refining solution propositions to enhance market competitiveness and operational excellence.
- The role drives continuous enhancement and develops best practices to optimize processes and performance. The role reviews and drives proposals, shaping customer needs and navigating procurement.
- The role leads the design and deployment of sales enablement tools to enhance productivity and sales performance.
You're the right fit if:
- Bachelor's/ Master's Degree Business Administration, Sales, Finance, Data Analytics or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of experience with Bachelor's OR Minimum 3 years of experience with Master's in areas such as Sales Strategy, Business Development, Sales Operations, Customer Relationship Management or equivalent.
- • Certified LEAN Basic
• Fluent in English and relevant local languages
• Proven track record of Project Management
• Preferred in-depth experience of Value Proposition Creation in a clinical environment, and/or great knowledge of hospital ecosystem
• Experience managing Philips Portfolio Knowledge / Solution Modules

Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
