Job Summary

The Project Supervisor will manage the implementation of Tasy and other product lines in hospitals and operators, both private and public. Key responsibilities include creating project schedules, planning and executing projects with client project managers, conducting kick-off meetings, allocating consultants, supervising basic functions and patient flows, and acting as a liaison between clients and internal teams. The role requires a customer-first vision, completed higher education, knowledge of project management methodologies and Tasy software, and travel availability.

Must Have

  • Create project schedule for modular implementation, migration, or other needs.
  • Plan and execute projects with the client's Project Manager, conducting kick-off and allocating consultants.
  • Supervise basic functions and patient flows.
  • Monitor the implementation team and bridge between clients and internal teams.
  • Completed Higher Education.
  • Knowledge and certifications in project management methodologies.
  • Knowledge of Tasy software.
  • Experience in Project methodologies and management in private and/or public initiatives.
  • Availability to travel to work on projects in different regions.

Good to Have

  • Spanish language skills
