We are looking for experienced individuals who can excel as a Lead Planner for a new title currently under development. You will be broadly involved in planner development tasks, from proposing game specifications to designing them.

Application Requirements

- Experience in new game development regardless of platform
- Experience assigned to a single project for over 1 year
- Experience in creating development specifications for out-game or in-game
- Communication skills in development across multiple sections

- Development experience in both out-game and in-game
- Experience in designing various calculation formulas such as parameters and damage
- Facilitation experience in meetings
- Experience in schedule management such as WBS creation and ticket processing using Redmine

- Monthly: 375,000 JPY to 441,667 JPY
- Base salary: 277,406 JPY to 326,748 JPY
- Estimated overtime allowance (equivalent to 45 hours): 97,594 JPY to 114,919 JPY

Probationary Period
3 months (no change in treatment during the period)

Holidays and Vacations
- Complete two-day weekend system (Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays off)
