Job Summary

We are looking for experienced individuals who can excel as a Lead Planner for a new title currently under development. You will be broadly involved in planner development tasks, from proposing game specifications to designing them. This includes proposing and creating out-game specifications, proposing and creating in-game specifications, and project progress management. The assigned areas will be adjusted based on skills and experience.

Must Have

  • Experience in new game development regardless of platform
  • Experience assigned to a single project for over 1 year
  • Experience in creating development specifications for out-game or in-game
  • Communication skills in development across multiple sections

Good to Have

  • Design philosophy based on UI/UX
  • Development experience in both out-game and in-game
  • Experience in designing various calculation formulas such as parameters and damage
  • Facilitation experience in meetings
  • Experience in schedule management such as WBS creation and ticket processing using Redmine

  • Base salary: 277,406 JPY to 326,748 JPY
  • Estimated overtime allowance (equivalent to 45 hours): 97,594 JPY to 114,919 JPY

Probationary Period
