We are seeking a Lead Principal Lighting Artist to create stunning, dynamic real-time lighting for a large-scale open-world AAA game built in Unreal Engine 5 (Lumen). This role focuses on driving visual excellence, optimizing performance, and ensuring seamless collaboration across Art, VFX, and Tech Art disciplines. Responsibilities include creating lighting for an open-world game using Lumen in a dynamic time-of-day scenario, collaborating with the Art Director, VFX, and Environment Art teams to achieve the highest quality, working with the Tech Art department for scaling and performance, managing the Lighting Art team, tracking lighting production, raising concerns, keeping documentation updated, and providing timely feedback to other departments.
