ABOUT TIDE

At Tide, we are building a business management platform designed to save small businesses time and money. We provide our members with business accounts and related banking services, but also a comprehensive set of connected administrative solutions from invoicing to accounting.

Launched in 2017, Tide is now used by over 1 million small businesses across the world and is available to UK, Indian and German SMEs. Headquartered in central London, with offices in Sofia, Hyderabad, Delhi, Berlin and Belgrade, Tide employs over 2,000 employees.

Tide is rapidly growing, expanding into new products and markets and always looking for passionate and driven people. Join us in our mission to empower small businesses and help them save time and money.

Who is Tide?

We’re the UK’s leading provider of smart current accounts for sole traders and small companies. We’re also on a mission to save business owners time and money on their banking and finance admin so they can get back to doing what they love - for too long, these customers have been under-served by the big banks.

Our offices are in London, UK, Sofia, Bulgaria and Hyderabad, India, where our teams are dedicated to our small business members, revolutionising business banking for SMEs. We are also the leading provider of UK SME business accounts and one of the fastest-growing fintechs in the UK.

We’re scaling at speed with a focus on hiring talented individuals with a growth mindset and ownership mentality, who are able to juggle multiple and sometimes changing priorities. Our values show our commitment to working as one team, working collaboratively to take action and deliver results. Member first, we are passionate about our members and put them first. We are data-driven, we make decisions, creating insight using data.

We’re also one of LinkedIn’s top 10 hottest UK companies to work for.

Here’s what we think about diversity and inclusion…

We build our services for all types of small business owners. We aim to be as diverse as our members so we hire people from a variety of backgrounds. We’re proud that our diversity not only reflects our multicultural society but that this breadth of experience makes us awesome at solving problems. Everyone here has a voice and you’ll be able to make a difference. If you share our values and want to help small businesses, you’ll make an amazing Tidean.

About You

As a Lead Product Analyst, you’ll play a critical dual role—hands-on analytics expert and strategic thought partner to senior business leaders. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on ownership, can drive high-impact initiatives independently, and brings structured leadership to ambiguous problem spaces.

You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams across Product, Marketing, Commercial and Data Science to drive clarity on what drives member behaviour, shape the Subscription product roadmap, and uncover actionable insights that fuel growth.

We're looking for someone with the ability to influence at the leadership level, lead multiple initiatives in parallel, and are comfortable in rolling up their sleeves. If you enjoy a high-autonomy, high-impact environment, where you’re expected to drive the agenda and not just respond to it—we’d love to hear from you.

About The Role

  • Shape and influence the strategy for Subscription and Growth initiatives by identifying product and marketing opportunities using data.
  • Own end-to-end analytics initiatives from problem scoping to stakeholder alignment to delivery of insight and recommendations.
  • Lead and structure deep-dive analyses into customer lifecycle, upgrade behaviour, churn triggers, pricing sensitivity, and more.
  • Define and monitor critical KPIs for product launches and ongoing performance—ensuring product/marketing teams are aligned with impact metrics.
  • Partner with Product and Marketing leaders to design experiments, evaluate performance, and generate data-backed business cases.
  • Use SQL and Python to explore large datasets, run statistical analyses, build segmentations, and test hypotheses.
  • Proactively identify white spaces for analytics contribution—bring fresh ideas, analytical frameworks, and scalable approaches.
  • Coach and influence other analysts or stakeholders informally to elevate analytics maturity across the business.
  • Translate complex data into compelling narratives and visualisations using Looker or other BI tools.
  • Serve as a data advocate, bringing clarity to ambiguity and championing a culture of insight-driven decision making.

What We Are Looking For

  • Have 10+ years of analytics experience with increasing scope, preferably in a high-growth product or SaaS company.
  • Are equally comfortable getting into the data yourself and shaping discussions at the leadership table.
  • Have a strong commercial mindset and an instinct for prioritising projects based on potential business impact.
  • Are known for creating clarity from ambiguity, and for leading structured thinking in fast-paced, evolving contexts.
  • Have a consistent track record of influencing senior stakeholders without authority, and delivering change through insight.
  • Have experience working with Marketing & Product teams, particularly on Subscriptions, Engagement, Retention, and Lifecycle strategies.
  • Write complex SQL queries in your sleep and use Python when needed for analysis or prototyping.
  • Can turn raw data into a clear business story, and know when to zoom in or zoom out depending on the audience.
  • Are self-driven and take initiative—you don’t wait to be told what to do.
  • Are excited by the idea of being a leader without formal reports—owning a space, not a team.

What You Will Get In Return

  • Competitive salary
  • Self & Family Health Insurance
  • Term & Life Insurance
  • OPD Benefits
  • Mental wellbeing through Plumm
  • Learning & Development Budget
  • WFH Setup allowance
  • 15 days of Privilege leaves
  • 12 days of Casual leaves
  • 12 days of Sick leaves
  • 3 paid days off for volunteering or L&D activities
