Must have:

  • Communicate regularly with leads from other disciplines
  • Prioritize tasks effectively
  • Use debugging and profiling tools to identify and resolve issues
  • Contribute positively to project and team goals
  • University degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
  • 7+ years of experience in the video game industry
  • At least 2 years as a Lead Programmer
  • Hands-on experience with Unreal Engine 5
  • Experience with Perforce
  • Strong proficiency in C++
  • Experience in profiling and optimization
  • Shipped at least one game

  • Contributed to the live evolution of an online game

LEAD PROGRAMMER

What you will do

  • Plan and oversee external development integration;
  • Supervise and coach a small programming team;
  • Collaborate with other programming teams and departments;
  • Communicate regularly with leads from other disciplines to plan, assess risks, and meet deadlines;
  • Prioritize tasks effectively;
  • Use debugging and profiling tools to identify and resolve bugs, performance, and memory issues;
  • Contribute positively to achieving both project and team goals.

What you bring

  • University degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field;
  • 7+ years of experience in the video game industry, including at least 2 years as a Lead Programmer;
  • Hands-on experience with Unreal Engine 5;
  • Experience with Perforce;
  • Strong proficiency in C++;
  • Experience in profiling and optimization;
  • Shipped at least one game.
