You support QA team members on the project (1on1s focused on the project, morale, and performance) in close liaison with the QA Manager for their development.
  • External QA Operational Coordination: You coordinate the activity of external teams on a daily basis. You define their priorities, communicate build status, and clarify focus areas to maximize their effectiveness.
  • Expertise & Production: While prioritizing team support, you apply your "hands-on" expertise. You supervise the creation and maintenance of test documentation (Test Plans), ensuring it remains in phase with the game's evolution.
