Job Description
Join our programming team as a Senior Gameplay Programmer and actively participate in the development of our games in collaboration with passionate and creative teams.
Your missions:
- Design and develop robust and scalable gameplay systems
- Participate in structuring the technical architecture of the game
- Collaborate closely with game designers, developers, artists, animators, and the game director to understand game intentions and translate them into concrete features
- Drive code quality throughout the production cycle: code review, best practices, documentation
- Anticipate technical problems and propose innovative solutions
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the development process
- Evolve in a rigorous and structured code environment
- Ensure technological watch to foster studio innovation
Qualifications
- 8 years minimum experience
- Excellent command of Unity (C#)
- Bonus: experience in console game development on Unity would be a real plus!
- Very good game feel
- Autonomy, rigor, and sense of responsibility
- Comfortable with agile methods, you like to experiment, propose, design
- Strong team spirit and enjoyment of working in a friendly and benevolent atmosphere
- Desire to get involved in a human-sized independent studio
- Positive, solution-oriented attitude
- Passion for the entertainment industry in general: cinema, music, series, and video games…
- Good knowledge of Unreal is a plus
- Taste for transmission and mutual aid: you are keen to help your colleagues progress
- Proficiency in French, English is a plus
