We are seeking a highly experienced Salesforce Lead with deep expertise in Salesforce CPQ to manage the design, development, and optimization of our Salesforce platform. This role involves overseeing end-to-end CPQ implementations, streamlining quoting, pricing, and billing processes, and ensuring alignment with SaaS business models including subscriptions, renewals, and amendments.
Must have:
  • Lead the architecture, development, and deployment of Salesforce CPQ solutions.
  • Design scalable Salesforce Sales Cloud and CPQ solutions, including product configuration, pricing rules, discount schedules, usage-based pricing, guided selling, and approvals.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Product, and Engineering teams to gather business requirements and translate them into scalable, performant technical solutions across Salesforce Sales Cloud, CPQ, and integrated systems (ERP, Billing).
  • Manage and mentor a team of Salesforce developers and admins.
  • Drive system integration strategies with ERP, billing, and other third-party platforms.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, solution design artifacts, and data models.
  • Ensure system reliability, data integrity, and security compliance across Salesforce solutions.
  • Drive best practices around DevOps (CI/CD), testing, and change management.
Good to have:
  • Experience in B2B SaaS or Subscription-based business models.
  • Knowledge of pricing strategies, quote-to-cash (QTC) processes, and CLM tools.
  • Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist
  • Salesforce Platform Developer I or II
  • Experience working with CPQ APIs or custom pricing engines
  • Prior experience with SaaS metrics and ARR/MRR workflows
  • Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using MuleSoft or Boomi.

Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Salesforce Lead with deep expertise in Salesforce CPQ to lead and manage the design, development, and optimization of our Salesforce platform. Skills and Experience

  • 8+ years of experience on the Salesforce platform with 3+ years of Salesforce CPQ implementation and architecture experience.
  • Strong understanding of CPQ capabilities: product configuration, pricing engines, discounting, quoting, contracts, renewals, amendments, and subscriptions.
  • Deep understanding of SaaS-specific CPQ use cases such as Subscriptions, Renewals, and Amendments
  • Proficient in Apex, SOQL, Lightning Components, and Flow.
  • Experience with Salesforce integrations to ERP systems like NetSuite.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce security, data modeling, and governor limits.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps (CI/CD).
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist and Salesforce Platform Developer I (or higher).
