As an OSM (Observability & Service Management) Solutions Consultant at OpenText, you will help customers realize the value of OpenText’s Observability & Service Management solutions. You’ll work with clients to assess their IT operations, showcase how OSM solutions enhance visibility, automation, and resilience, and drive their digital transformation. Your expertise will empower enterprises to simplify, automate, and transform their IT operations with OpenText’s OSM Cloud.

Must Have

  • Fluent Czech and English
  • Work experience in presales and solution consulting roles
  • Strong understanding of Observability, ESM, CI/CD and cloud platforms
  • Excellent presentation abilities
  • Excellent communication abilities
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities
  • Self-driven, collaborative, and customer-focused with a global mindset

Good to Have

  • Communication level in Ukrainian
  • Communication level in Russian
  • DevOps-driven ITOps principles experience
  • DevOps principles like automation, collaboration, testing and continuous delivery experience

YOUR IMPACT

As an OSM (Observability & Service Management) Solutions Consultant, you will help customers realize the value of OpenText’s Observability & Service Management solutions. You’ll work with clients to assess their IT operations, showcase how OSM solutions enhance visibility, automation, and resilience, and drive their digital transformation. This role is virtual, Prague, Czechia.

WHAT THE ROLE OFFERS

  • Partner with sales teams throughout the sales cycle as a trusted technical advisor.
  • Design and deliver tailored OSM demos, proofs of concept, and solution presentations.
  • Collaborate with customers to align scalable, cloud-ready solutions with business goals.
  • Support technical scoping, RFP responses, and solution development.
  • Represent OpenText at events, building strong customer and industry relationships.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

  • Fluent Czech and English are essential; a communication level in Ukrainian or Russian is beneficial.
  • Work experience in presales and solution consulting roles.
  • Strong understanding of Observability, ESM, CI/CD and cloud platforms.
