Job Description

The Lead Technical Application Consultant will oversee the delivery of high-quality services to clients, ensuring operational processes meet client and organizational goals. This role involves leading service delivery efforts, problem-solving, and maximizing efficiency. Collaborating with internal teams and clients, the consultant ensures efficient and effective service delivery, promoting continuous improvement and maintaining high client satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing service delivery, defining goals with clients, monitoring performance, resolving escalated issues, leading improvement initiatives, providing status updates, maintaining client relationships, supporting resource allocation, and mentoring junior consultants.
Must have:
  • Experience within the financial investment world.
  • Good communication and organization skills.
  • Practical knowledge of Microsoft Azure.
  • Well-developed analytical skills, structured work approach.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.

  • Knowledge or high interest in financial issues.

We are looking for a Lead Technical Application Consultant, responsible for overseeing the effective delivery of high-quality services to clients, ensuring that all operational processes meet client expectations and organizational goals. This role is focused on leading service delivery efforts, addressing intricate problems, and maximizing efficiency. The Lead Consultant collaborates with internal teams and clients to ensure that services are delivered efficiently and effectively, facilitating continuous improvement and maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.

What you will be responsible for: 

  • Lead and manage the end-to-end delivery of services, ensuring that SLAs and business goals are consistently met
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to define service delivery goals, ensuring alignment with business needs
  • Monitor service delivery performance, analyze metrics, and take corrective actions to address performance gaps
  • Oversee the resolution of escalated issues, ensuring quick and effective resolution of complex service delivery issues
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency, quality, and service outcomes
  • Provide regular updates and reports on service delivery status, risks, and opportunities to clients and senior leadership
  • Develop and maintain solid relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations satisfied
  • Support resource allocation and capacity management to ensure efficient service delivery
  • Mentor and guide junior consultants, sharing best practices and enhancing the overall service delivery team
