Lead UI/UX Designer

We're seeking a passionate Lead UI/UX Designer to join our growing team and help define the user experience for TensorWave's cloud platform. You'll be instrumental in creating intuitive, powerful interfaces that make complex GPU cloud infrastructure accessible to developers, data scientists, and enterprise teams worldwide. This role offers a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of cutting-edge technology and human-centered design, directly impacting how leading technology companies interact with mission-critical AI infrastructure.

Must Have

• Lead end-to-end design processes from user research to developer handoff
• Design enterprise-grade dashboards and interfaces for GPU cloud management workflows
• Create and maintain design systems for product suite consistency
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams for seamless design implementation
• Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to building design culture
• Partner with product management to translate business requirements into user experiences
• Minimum 3-5 years of product design experience, preferably in IaaS, SaaS, or cloud infrastructure
• Proven track record designing complex enterprise dashboards and data-heavy interfaces
• Expert proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and collaborative design workflows
• Strong foundation in visual design principles, user experience methodology, and rapid prototyping
• Experience with project management tools (Jira or equivalent)
• Familiarity with version control systems (GitHub)

Good to Have

• Experience in GPU cloud, high-performance computing, or AI/ML infrastructure space
• Front-end development skills (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
• Interaction design, custom illustration, and motion design capabilities
• Background working with developer-focused products or technical enterprise software

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end design processes from user research and wireframing through high-fidelity prototypes and developer handoff
• Design enterprise-grade dashboards and interfaces that simplify complex GPU cloud management workflows
• Create and maintain design systems that ensure consistency across our growing product suite
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure seamless implementation of design solutions
• Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions and identify optimization opportunities
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to building our design culture as we scale
• Partner with product management to translate business requirements into compelling user experiences

Essential Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 3-5 years of product design experience, preferably in IaaS, SaaS, or cloud infrastructure
• Proven track record designing complex enterprise dashboards and data-heavy interfaces
