Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced UX Designer to join our team to work on a Games as a Service (GaaS) AAA video game. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting intuitive and engaging UX for our game. You will collaborate with a cross-functional team in Da Nang and other teams in South East Asia, to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for our players. The Lead UX Designer will oversee the UX/UI team and ensure quality outcomes for daily tasks, including the full lifecycle of feature development from conception to delivery, creating flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes using Figma, and UX design documentation. The Lead UX Designer will also lead, collaborate, iterate with the UI team on graphic implementation of UX design, review and validate team members' work, coaching and career planning, and report to the Scrum Master/Producer about the progression of the team on a daily basis.
Must have:
- Work with Game Designers to understand design intentions.
- Create flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes using Figma.
- Create and maintain UX design documents/ Figma component library.
- Present design to Core Team and iterate until approved.
- Collaborate with UI Artists and Programmers for implementation.
- Analyze playtest reports and translate them into iterations.

Responsibilities:
- Own the full lifecycle of a feature, from conception through development to delivery:
- Work with Game Designers to comprehend their design intentions.
- Create flows, wireframes and interactive prototypes using Figma for essential game features.
- Create and maintain UX design documents/ Figma component library for those features.
- Present your design with Core Team and work on iteration until get the design gets approval.
- Work with UI Artists, Programmers, and other team members to ensure a thorough understanding the flows, wireframes and documentation, to deliver the feature adherence to the design.
- Analyze reports from feature’s playtest and translate them into actionable design iterations.
- Provide Leadership, guiding the UX/UI team through problems, approving solutions and helping to organize their work into deliverable:
- Review and validate members’ work of your team.
- Leading, collaborating and iterating with our UI team on the graphic implementation of your UX design.
- Coaching and career planning with members of your team.
- Report to Scrum Master/ Producer about the progression of your team on daily basis.
