About the area:
The Legal and Compliance departments support TransUnion's activities on several fronts, ensuring legality and conformity with Brazilian and international laws, and act strategically in business facing market and daily challenges. Among the activities, the Legal department acts in both consultative and contentious areas. Legal activities are broad and are closely related to the contracts that are part of a company's routine, such as contracts with suppliers, partners, and clients, ranging from their drafting to their signing and archiving, including observance of internal policies, approvals between areas, and conversations with Clients. The Legal department also assists TransUnion's internal areas in preparing opinions and reports, monitors audits, and periodically monitors external law firms for very specific demands.
This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.
