Job Summary

The manager will drive revenue projections, develop new products, strengthen existing ones, and support sales teams in product adoption. Must Have

- Develop, manage, and implement the GTM strategy for credit risk solutions in the region
- Ensure the development and improvement of products to adapt to regulatory changes
- Support sales teams to promote solutions and drive their adoption in the market

What You'll Bring:
- 7+ years of experience in product development areas.
- 7+ years of experience in credit risk areas.
- Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Economics or related fields.
- Excellent presentation skills and the ability to explain complex concepts and solutions in a simplified but persuasive way.
- Excellent handling of numbers, problem-solving, analytical thinking, and data-driven approach.
- Expert knowledge of credit industry best practices.
- Demonstrated ability to innovate new concepts and products.
- Demonstrated ability to increase revenue and market share using a strategic, disciplined approach.
- English level: written and oral fluency.
Impact You'll Make:
Lead the development and execution of the credit risk product portfolio strategy for Latin America. To carry out this work, you will work closely with Product Owners, IT, Consulting, and Sales.
Provide strategic direction and leadership to achieve revenue projections, you will lead the development of new products, strengthen current products, and work closely with sales teams to drive product adoption.
This position does not have direct reports, but you will need to influence throughout the organization with the aim of ensuring the development, implementation, and correct functioning of the products in charge, as well as compliance with the revenue plan.

This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.
