Job Summary

TransUnion is seeking a full-time Customer Experience Intern in Bogota. This hybrid role is for technical or technological students starting their productive stage from January 2023, with backgrounds in commercial, financial, banking, or administrative management. The intern will support commercial compliance audits, provide feedback to sales agents, assist with sales recommendations, and help identify and manage commercial risks. Strong Excel skills and proactive communication are essential for this role, which focuses on enhancing consumer experience and sales performance.

Must Have

  • Students of technical or technological programs, eligible for productive stage from January 2023
  • Academic background in commercial/financial advisory, banking, or administrative management
  • Full-time availability and proactive attitude
  • Basic to intermediate Excel skills (data entry, filters, searches, basic functions, pivot tables)
  • Communicative and assertive ability to convince and train sales personnel
  • Ability to listen and identify customer needs
  • Support and execute commercial compliance audits
  • Communicate with commercial agents, providing interaction feedback
  • Support suggestions and recommendations for commercial interactions
  • Assist in sales orientation and goal identification
  • Consolidate commercial performance data in the financial market
  • Support in identifying, measuring, and controlling commercial risks

What You'll Bring:

  • Students of technical or technological programs enabled to start their productive stage from January 2023, belonging to academic programs such as commercial and financial entity advisory, banking management, administrative management or similar.
  • Full-time availability, proactive person, interested in learning about the planning, management and organization of the consumer experience area.
  • Basic – Intermediate handling of Office suite, especially Excel (Typing, filters, searches, basic functions, pivot tables).
  • Communicative and assertive ability, with the ability to convince and train sales personnel.
  • Listening ability and identification of customer needs.

Impact You'll Make:

  • Support and execution of commercial compliance audit of the tools and members that constitute said area.
  • Communication with commercial agents providing feedback on client interaction development.
  • Support in suggestions and recommendations for the company's commercial interactions.
  • Support in the orientation, identification and purpose of sales according to commercial goals.
  • Understanding, strengthening and communication of coherent sales arguments.
  • Consolidation of commercial performance data in the financial market.
  • Support and management in identifying, measuring and controlling commercial risks.
  • Understanding of internal process review and compliance processes.

This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.
