What you will move with us:
- You will independently advise the HR departments of the Axel Springer Group and managers on all aspects of individual and collective labor law as well as related legal fields (especially social law).
- You will draft individual and collective agreements.
- You will represent Axel Springer and its subsidiaries in court and administrative proceedings.
- You will negotiate with the works councils of the Axel Springer Group in matters requiring co-determination.
- You will be involved in projects (e.g., restructurings, M&A, compliance) and work interdisciplinarily with other corporate divisions.
- You will coordinate labor law advice with external law firms in Germany and abroad.
- You will keep an eye on legislative changes and political and industry-specific developments related to labor law.
What you bring:
- You are a fully qualified lawyer and have at least one honors degree.
- You have approx. 2-3 years of professional experience in labor law, preferably in a commercial law firm or the legal department of an internationally active company.
- You are a customer-oriented team player with initiative and high personal commitment.
- You have fluent English skills.
- A qualification as a specialist lawyer for labor or social law (m/w/d) or a completed labor law dissertation is desirable.
