As the Liquipedia Team Manager, Wiki & Community Management, you will oversee our community and wiki management team, developing and owning strategies that align with our company's business goals. Your primary goal will be to help the team enhance the quality of our community interactions and drive the content direction across our platforms. Additionally, you will shape the ways users can engage with our wikis and explore opportunities to merge existing communities into ours, creating a cohesive and unified platform.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Develop and execute Liquipedia’s community & wiki strategy that aligns with the company’s business goals
  • Revise existing processes and develop new ones to help improve the Community & Wiki Management team’s way of working
  • Facilitate community campaigns, initiatives, and experiments; identify new opportunities for community engagement and activation
  • Work with community managers to continually improve the quality of the brand’s communication with our community
  • Supervise community growth and optimize engagement strategies
  • Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, providing regular updates on the progress of the Community & Wiki Management team
  • Guide the Community Team by providing hands-on assistance with the team’s daily tasks and enhancing their skills through continued development
  • Motivate, coach, and inspire the Community Team to achieve our team goals

What You'll Need: 

  • Proven professional experience as a team manager
  • Proven experience with community management and building successful online communities
  • Deep awareness of the role community plays in product and community-led businesses
  • Strong problem-solving skills and experience in managing conflicts
  • Excellent communication skills and a passion for online community development
  • Data-focused thinking with creative, strategic skills
  • Up-to-date with the latest community channels and trends, highly creative, and detail-oriented
  • Hands-on approach, embraces ambiguity and defines a way forward
  • Fluent in English
