Job Description

Haleon is a new world-leading consumer health company. This role is responsible for ensuring quality management in pharmaceutical and medical device operations. Key duties include managing supplier and customer documentation, verifying GSP-related quality information, maintaining software system data, handling quality issues, assisting with investigations, drafting regulations, organizing training, and supporting regulatory inspections and warehouse operations. The role requires a strong commitment to quality and adherence to principles.
Must have:
  • Preliminary review and archiving of supplier, variety, and customer initial business documents.
  • Verification and feedback of GSP-related quality information.
  • Establishment and maintenance of basic information in computer software systems.
  • Locking and handling of quality-issue varieties in the system.
  • Assisting in investigation and handling of quality inquiries, complaints, and incidents.
  • Drafting and compiling company regulations and SOPs for pharmaceutical and medical device operations.
  • Drafting, summarizing, organizing, and maintaining GSP management documents (quality plans, reviews, self-inspection reports).
  • Organizing quality management education and training, establishing training archives.
  • Organizing staff health examinations and establishing health archives.
  • Organizing performance verification of warehouse temperature/humidity monitoring systems.
  • Assisting in inspecting carrier transportation conditions and quality assurance capabilities.
  • Managing renewal of pharmaceutical and medical device business licenses.
  • Assisting with regulatory inspections and on-site support.
  • Assisting and supporting warehouse acceptance work.
  • Assisting and supporting GSP warehouse-related QMS implementation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the preliminary review and archiving management of initial business documents for suppliers, varieties, and customers.
  • Responsible for the verification and feedback of GSP-related quality information.
  • Responsible for the establishment and maintenance of basic information in the computer software system.
  • Responsible for locking and handling varieties with quality issues in the system.
  • Assist in the investigation and handling of quality inquiries, quality complaints, and quality incidents.
  • Responsible for drafting and compiling company regulations and SOPs related to pharmaceutical and medical device operations.
  • Responsible for drafting, summarizing, organizing, and maintaining GSP management documents, including: quality plans, purchase and sales reviews, self-inspection reports, etc.
  • Organize quality management education and training, and establish training archives.
  • Organize staff health examinations and establish health archives.
  • Organize the performance verification of the warehouse temperature and humidity automatic monitoring system.
  • Assist in inspecting the transportation conditions and quality assurance capabilities of carriers.
  • Responsible for the renewal management of pharmaceutical business licenses and medical device business licenses/filing certificates.
  • Assist and support the reception and on-site support for daily supervision and unannounced inspections by drug regulatory authorities.
  • Assist and support warehouse acceptance work.
  • Assist and support the implementation of GSP warehouse-related QMS.
  • Other projects and tasks arranged by the direct manager.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a pharmaceutical-related major.
  • Pharmacist qualification.
  • At least three years of practical experience in pharmaceutical quality management, having worked in pharmaceutical business process management.
  • Familiar with relevant national and local quality policies and regulations (GSP, etc.).
  • Proficiency in computer and business software.
  • Good professional ethics, integrity, honesty, conscientiousness, adherence to principles.
  • High quality sensitivity.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and innovation skills.
  • Strong analytical, judgment, and problem-solving skills.
  • Good written reporting skills, strong learning ability.
