Capgemini Engineering is seeking an M365 Architect to join their team. This role involves extensive expertise in Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and multi-tenant capabilities, particularly in setting up and configuring collaboration tools like Teams, SharePoint, and Exchange Online within a multi-tenancy setting. Responsibilities include ensuring security protocols, compliance, and data governance best practices are met. The architect will also need to be familiar with automation tools such as Power Automate for approval flows and have experience with Microsoft Purview and its Data Loss Prevention. The role involves working with Microsoft’s engineering teams, understanding Entra ID and M365 licensing models.
Must have:
  • Expertise in Microsoft 365 and Entra ID.
  • Experience with Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and Exchange Online.
  • Experience with Entra ID and M365 security protocols.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Purview and Data Loss Prevention.
  • Knowledge of MTO and its licensing requirements.
Good to have:
  • Experience with Microsoft’s engineering teams on multi-tenancy features.
  • Familiarity with automation tools such as Power Automate.
  • Experience with SharePoint.

Job Description

 

  • Extensive expertise in Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and multi-tenant capabilities of these platforms.

  • Expertise in Microsoft’s latest multi-tenancy features called MTO (Multi Tenant Organization)

  • Expertise in setting up and configuring Microsoft M365 collaboration tools including Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Onling, Viva Engage, and Exchange Online, especially in a multi-tenancy setting

  • Experience with Entra ID and M365 security protocols, compliance and data governance best practices.

  • Experience with Microsoft Purview, especially Data Loss Prevention

  • Having worked with Microsoft’s engineering teams on multi-tenancy feature development previously would be a big plus.

  • Familiarity with automation tools such as Power Automate to implement any necessary approval flows for SharePoint or Teams to ensure existing information sharing policies of our group are followed.

  • Familiarity with Entra ID and M365 licensing models and requirements for MTO.
