• Proficiency in designing, developing, and maintaining Mainframe COBOL, JCL, VSAM, DB2, CICS components in accordance with project requirements
• Should possess in-depth knowledge of DB2,CICS and COBOL with a proven track record of resolving technical issues.
• Must have strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Should have excellent communication skills to effectively convey technical information to stakeholders.
• Should have experience in developing and maintaining technical documentation.
• Must be able to conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
• Should be able to work independently.

Works in the area of Software Engineering, which encompasses the development, maintenance and optimization of software solutions/applications.1.
