Job Description

We are looking for a Management Assistant to support our growth. The role involves internal and external correspondence in an international context, organizing and preparing meetings and management trips, researching and creating English-language presentations, providing proactive support to management in all aspects of daily business, supporting organizational and administrative tasks, document storage and digitization, preparing accounting, supporting selected special topics, creating statistics, and managing HR processes. This role requires excellent communication skills, organizational abilities, and the ability to work independently and in a team.

Must have:

Internal and external service-oriented correspondence in an international context
Organization, preparation, and follow-up of meetings
Organization of management trips
Research and creation of English-language presentations
Fluent spoken and written English is a must

Job description

To support our growth, we are looking for a management assistant as soon as possible with the following tasks:

Internal and external service-oriented correspondence in an international context
Organization, preparation and follow-up of meetings
Organization of management trips
Research and creation of English-language presentations
Proactive and solution-oriented support of the management in all aspects of day-to-day business
Support in all organizational and administrative tasks
Storage and digitization of documents
Preparing accounting
Support within the framework of selected special topics
Creation of statistics based on electronic data and documents
Management of human resources processes

Requirements

Motivation to develop and grow personally with the company
Confident and friendly demeanor when dealing with different contacts as well as ability to work in a team
Very good communication skills, fluent spoken and written English is an absolute must, knowledge of Swedish is an advantage
Organizational skills and an independent, structured and efficient way of working
Reliability and absolute integrity
Independent, team-oriented, reliable and independent work
Confident handling of Google Docs
