Duties And Responsibilities

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Ensure that Approval Rate is in sink with the Requirement of the Mkt.
  • Monitor FEMI and take actions to keep it in control.
  • Data Analysis & MIS
  • Monitor mkt trend and take corrective and preventive actions for smooth functioning.
  • Projects to be undertaken.
  • MAJOR CHALLENGES

  • Don’t have a Dedicated Resource for Risk/Ops profile to ensure we achieve our numbers.
  • DECISIONS


(Key decisions taken by job holder at his/her end)
  • Interact with Sales for transactional basis.
  • Co-ordinate Risk team for special approval and Festivals.
  • RCA on issues faced in the Mkt with related Ops and Risk.
  • Data Scientist – Knowledge of POS reports, Excel, need to present MIS to Mkt and SMT.
