The Global Distribution Strategy and Transformation team is looking for a Manager, Change and Strategic Delivery to lead transformative programs that drive meaningful change and impact across the company. This isn't just a change role, it's all about strategic delivery. We need a creative problem-solver who can translate complex business challenges into actionable strategies and then see them through to successful, sustainable outcomes.
This role sits at the intersection of strategy, program management, and change leadership. You'll partner with stakeholders to solve critical business problems, design the strategy for how we'll get there, and then be accountable for the full lifecycle of the program—from concept to execution. While your core focus will be leading large-scale change management initiatives, your ability to think strategically, influence without authority, and seamlessly pivot to other challenges is what will set you apart.
The ideal candidate is an all-around problem solver who thrives on tackling ambiguity and takes the initiative to get things done. You will report to the Senior Director, Global Strategy and Transformation, and work closely with diverse teams to achieve successful outcomes.
This is an office-flexible role with an expectation of being in-office 3 days per week for team collaboration.

For Washington-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $127,200 to $174,900.
For Illinois based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $127,200 to $174,900.
