Manager, Engineering

CyberArk is seeking an Engineering Manager with 15+ years of experience in enterprise software development and 8+ years in leading engineering teams. The role involves rapidly scaling the engineering team in India, practicing agile software development, designing and implementing products from scratch, and researching cybersecurity mechanisms. The manager will also explore new technologies, nurture innovation, engage with stakeholders for product roadmaps, and foster leadership within the organization.

Must Have

• 15+ years of hands-on experience in building enterprise software
• 8+ years in hiring, leading, and scaling high-performance engineering teams
• Hands-on technical experience with building enterprise-scale SaaS products
• Very strong software engineering – design, development experience
• Proficient in Python/Go/Node/Ruby/Java (spring boot, spring batch)/C# (.Net Core)/C++
• Proficient and seasoned in handling SCRUM teams
• Proven track record to grow and manage an engineering organization of 15+
• Deep understanding of Agile development practices and other engineering processes
• Hands-on technical knowledge of Software Security, Multi-tenancy, Scalability, and High Availability
• Solid understanding of enterprise-grade applications, business processes, and use of the latest technologies
• Prior experience with driving continuous improvement
• Experience working at high growth, fast-paced technology company
• BS or equivalent with major degree in Computer Science/Electrical Engineering

• Experience with Microservice architecture, AWS technology stack and serverless
• Experience with modern CI/CD tools
• Ability to implement creative ideas to significantly improve team performance
