Manager for cooperation with domestic retail chains

This role involves managing and actively communicating with assigned clients and business partners, specifically domestic retail chains like COOP Jednota Slovakia, CBA, and Slovnaft. Responsibilities include conducting personal meetings, negotiating cooperation terms, overseeing contract compliance, and increasing turnover with existing customers. The manager will also be responsible for business development, building long-term partnerships, fulfilling sales plans, and contributing to company expansion by identifying new opportunities. This includes preparing annual plans, budgets, sales analyses, statistics, and reports, as well as collaborating with the marketing department on promotional activities and sales support.

Must Have

• Care for assigned clients and active communication with business partners.

• Increase turnover with existing customers, negotiate prices, create price lists.
• Actively build and develop business relationships.
• Responsible for fulfilling the business plan.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a sales position in FMCG.
• Slovak language - Expert (C2).
• English language - Beginner (A2).
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
• Driving license B.
• High level of negotiation and presentation skills.
• Result orientation and achievement of company goals.
• Good organizational skills and ability to work under pressure.
