Job Description

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for managing and communicating the product roadmaps and lifecycle of the Lottery’s Central System and associated business applications. This position will work closely with technology and software partners, site teams, lottery staff, and third-party providers. Responsibilities include owning product roadmaps, representing product strategy, creating training resources, collaborating with internal teams, providing end-user support, managing multimedia assets, and evaluating program priorities. The role involves data analysis, interpreting results, converting business needs to product requirements, and incorporating customer feedback. The position is initially on-site in Pueblo, CO, transitioning to a hybrid role with a 50% in-office requirement after the first year.
Must have:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in product marketing or business operations.

Responsibilities

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for managing and communicating the product roadmaps and lifecycle of the Lottery’s Central System and associated business applications. This position will work closely with our technology and software partners, site teams, lottery staff and third-party providers.

 

This is an onsite position for the first year in Pueblo CO, after which it will transition to a hybrid role with a 50% in-office requirement.

Responsibilities


•    Own the product roadmaps.
•    Represent and communicate product strategy and vision in line with the businesses long-term goals.
•    Create and manage retailer and lottery end user training resources, plans and programs.
•    Collaborate with internal teams and customer to gather and assess existing product development and enhancement opportunities as well as new product concepts and ideas.
•    Provide end user support for the customer Sales, Claims, Security, Marketing, Fiscal, and other teams.
•    Manage multimedia assets including content gathering along with customer and their vendors.
•    Manage IGT business applications for customer including Sales Wizard, Retailer Wizard, and Learning Wizard.
•    Evaluate and establish program priorities in line with the business objectives.
•    Provide marketing support and management of Connected Play functionality for the customer as needed.
•    Support customer terminal promotions program as well as their events & sponsorship programs.  
•    Responsible for ensuring effective cross-functional collaboration to identify opportunities for improving the customer experience and drive effective solutions to resolve issues. 
•    Data Analysis – Collaborate with data analysis/reporting as needed to deliver consistent and insightful reports to Lottery.
•    Interpreting results/applying them to strategies. 
•    Convert business needs to product requirements.
•    Incorporate customer Insights/Feedback
•    Identify industry trends and incorporate them into ongoing growth strategies

 

Qualifications

 

•    Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
•    2-4 years of experience in product marketing, project management, or business operations.
•    Experience in managing product roadmaps and collaborating with cross-functional teams (technology, sales, customer service).
•    Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present product strategies, roadmaps, and updates to various stakeholders.
•    Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate business needs, identify gaps, and propose effective solutions.
•    Ability to adapt to changing priorities and respond to issues in a timely manner.
•    A customer-first approach with experience in creating positive customer experiences and addressing customer pain points effectively.

At IGT, we consider a wide range of factors in determining compensation, including background, skills, experience, and work location. These factors can cause your compensation to vary. The estimated starting compensation range is $63,250 - $75,972. The actual pay offered may end up being higher or lower. The Company will comply with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable.

 

Base pay is only one part of our Total Rewards program.  Sales roles may be eligible for commission payments, while other roles are eligible for discretionary bonuses .  In addition, we offer employees a 401(k) Savings Plan with Company contributions, health, dental, and vision insurance, life, accident, and disability insurance, tuition reimbursement, paid time off, wellness programs, and identity theft insurance. Note: programs are subject to eligibility requirements.
