Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven German speaking Growth Marketer to lead our Germany Always-On CRM team. This role will own the planning, strategy, execution, and continuous optimization of always-on marketing that deliver impact against our CRM KPIs. The ideal candidate thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, exhibiting a true growth hacker mentality and a passion for driving measurable impact. Responsibilities include developing customer-focused, omnichannel campaigns, leveraging data for optimization, collaborating cross-functionally, identifying growth opportunities, and leading A/B testing.
Good To Have:
  • Lead the Germany Always-On CRM team to define and execute strategic marketing plans, including incentives, comprehension initiatives, and trigger-based campaigns aligned with broader CRM goals and business objectives.
  • Prioritize backlog items by collaborating closely with Analytics to identify and pursue the highest potential opportunities.
  • Work cross-functionally with Tier 1 CRM counterparts to complement full-funnel marketing plans.
  • Partner with Martech to prioritize Adobe platform enhancements and resolve operational blockers.
  • Collaborate with Operations to execute tactical plans efficiently.
  • Engage with GTM, Product Marketing, Product Management, and Integrated Marketing teams on intake and project requests.
  • Design and implement end-to-end campaigns tailored for the German market, ensuring a strong experimental brief, reliable tracking, and comprehensive measurement frameworks.
  • Monitor campaign performance actively and apply learnings in real-time to optimize outcomes, embodying a growth hacker mindset.
  • Measure and quantify the business impact of marketing campaigns, regularly communicating insights and results to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Ensure robust analytics, comprehensive testing methodologies, and continuous improvement are embedded in all projects.
  • Manage and report on the budget for incentive payouts, maintaining financial oversight and accountability.
  • Collaborate closely with agile squad members to successfully deliver global marketing projects and campaigns.
  • Work effectively across multiple teams including Brand, Legal, Risk, Product, Integrated Marketing, Regional Teams, Martech, and other segment marketing groups to drive key initiatives.

  • Minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
